1. Before You Go: Travel Essentials
• Passport & Visas: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months. Verify visa requirements.• Travel Insurance: Mandatory for international travelers. Must cover medical emergencies, repatriation, and ideally include personal liability, cancellation, and lost luggage.
• Itinerary & Documents: Keep copies (digital and printed) of your bookings, flight tickets, and insurance.
• Money: Inform your bank of your travel. Carry a mix of cards and local currency. Budget for optional meals, tips, and activities.
• Pre/Post Accommodation: Available upon request. You may be required to change rooms if extending your stay.

2. Packing & Accommodation Guidelines
What to Pack:
• Lightweight, modest clothing (shoulders/knees covered)• Comfortable shoes
• Sunscreen, insect repellent, toiletries
• Reusable water bottle, power bank, neck wallet/money belt
• Swimwear that respects local customs (modest styles preferred)
• A luggage lock for extra safety
Valuables & Security:
• Leave expensive jewelry at home.• Use hotel safety deposit boxes.
• Always carry important documents securely (neck wallet or belt bag).
Accommodation:
• Style: Mostly twin-share. Single supplements available upon request.• Alternative Stays: Occasionally, alternate but equivalent hotels may be arranged due to availability.
• Air Conditioning: All hotels are air-conditioned.
• Check-In Time: Early check-in cannot always be guaranteed. Luggage storage is available.

3. Transport & Luggage
• Private Transfers: All transfers are via comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicles.• Luggage Limit: To ensure ease of travel, pack light. Large suitcases may be difficult to handle.

4. Travel Style & Group Dynamics
• Group Travel: Share experiences with diverse travelers. Be patient, punctual, and respectful.• Solo Travelers: Room-sharing with same-gender travelers is standard. Optional single rooms available.
• Children Under 14: Allowed with conditions (e.g., cycling ability, adult supervision required).

Night Safety:

7. Weather & Activity Adjustments
• Inclement weather may require rerouting or cancellation of certain activities.
• In such cases, support vehicles may replace walking/cycling segments.
• Your group leader will decide any changes for safety reasons.

8. Local Dress & Cultural Sensitivity
• Conservative Dress is required in most Asian countries.
• Cover shoulders and knees, especially at religious sites.
• Swimwear should be modest.
• Singlets, short shorts, or topless sunbathing are not acceptable.

9. Solo Travel & Inclusivity
